Ordering and Downloading

How to order: To order a pattern, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the pattern page. You can continue to browse the site and add as many patterns as you want to your cart. When you are finished, click on the "View Cart " link near the top of this website, or on any pattern page. Adjust your cart as you wish, and when you are ready, choose your checkout/payment method to complete the purchase.

Payment Methods: I accept Paypal and Google Checkout. If you would like to pay with a check or money order instead, contact me to place a custom order.

Pattern Delivery: After your payment is processed, you will be automatically be given a link where you can download the pattern(s) you ordered. If you do not receive the link, or have any other troubles, contact me and I will help you out as soon as possible.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: Due to the nature of digital patterns, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Orders cannot be canceled after they are paid for, thus no refunds will be given.

PagePlus SE - Free Desktop Publishing Application - I love this program so much! It is very versatile and easy to work with, it isn't slow and boggy like Open Office or Microsoft Word, and it's free!

CutePDF - Free PDF writer - simple and easy to use.

pdf 995 - Free PDF writer - has more advanced features than CutePDF.

GIMP - Free Image Editing program comparable to Adobe Photoshop.

Minimum order: 20 patterns, in any combination

The URL for my website will be printed on each pattern and is not allowed to be removed.

There will also be a fee for printing, shipping and handling. This fee will vary between $5 and $25 depending on order size.

Subsequent wholesale orders do not have a minimum order amount, however the higher price applies to orders of less than 30 patterns.
