S - shoe size 7 - 8 (9.5" long by 3.5" wide)

L - shoe size 10 - 11 (10.5" long by 4" wide)

Materials required:
Two colors of worsted weight yarn (Red Heart Super Saver was used for the slippers in the photos)
I (5.5 mm) crochet hook
Yarn needle
